ok every time i exit a game dusnt matter what game vstart wont work it will be only a black box or ill loss my whole start bar and unable to do anything unless i restart. then after that my whole system usualy crashes and i have to reinstall my os. any help would be nice.

hp pavilion a706n
amd  3000xp 2.1 ghz
1 gig ram
320 gig hdd
nvida fx 5300
XP home edition

The games are played fullscreen or windowed?
If you have to reinstall your OS every so often, it usually means that something is physically wrong with the computer. Vistart cannot be responsible for total crashes like that.
Did you try your games without vistart?
What other processes are running while playing?
