Hi there im running xp x64, i have the icon in the tray but no change in the strat menu at all.
I would imagine then it was not written for x64 paths

Would there be anything you could do to make it x64 compatible, i could pm you a listing of the c:\windows layout and my registry, so you could compare to the x86 ?? That is if you have no xp64 installed.

I love the vistas start bar but hate everything else about it

I have same problem on XP 64
Run the program, in memory increase in size, big actcivity on HD for few second and ....
nothing else, the menu start remain the same.


VI orb work correctly, change the icon to vista style

Same here -- Windows x64 and ViStart does not work. I suppose x64 is not supported. Would be great to get x64 support as I think it's a matter of a minor changes in the code but greatly help people with x64 systems. I can provide help with testing or development if required.

From the FAQ page:

"Q. Can I use ViStart on Vista ?
A. Yes you can run ViStart SERIES 6 on all 32bit versions of Vista and all 32bit versions of Windows XP."
