That doesn't seem like a sentence that is an exception to no-hiragana (it doesn't even look or sound like a real Japanese sentence) not to mention some of the characters don't make much sense when in Japanese (especially in this case), so most likely Chinese.
Also, messing around on Google Translate because I don't like Chinese (or Kanji for that matter):

Those are Japanese... The syllables make it so.
Since we can guarantee that it is Chinese, an accurate translation is near impossible unless your native language is Chinese. Also internet translators are only translating the kanji as a single character.  人 means human or person, 生 ahead, first, on top of, 安 means cheap (the separate characters are girl and a radical, a "stereotypical" character). 安 in Japanese is "yasui".

I cannot read the other characters, those are more complex level characters. I only know level 1 kanji, those are more of the level 3+

I don't know much Kanji. When I learned Japanese, I skipped most of the Kanji words that would let me understand/write/etc. more sentences containing more stuff. I never liked Kanji. And while I have Chinese friends, I don't like the writing system, TOO MANY STROKES, and therefore I don't like Kanji much either.

The off-topicness (that a word?) was due to a Chinese Dude quoting me and saying something in Chinese, which makes the use of translators null.

I believe Lee is working in SECRET. Not all too sure though, Lee does pop in from time to time though. Usually every 3 weeks.

The problem is at the minute this is the last big rush now before Lee and I both finish our courses ( FINALLY!!! ) so we've both got a lot of work to get in between now and April/May. That's why we've both been kinda quiet and haven't done much work.

I will probably start updating again once I've handed all my work in. As for Lee, he's well, I speak to him most days. I'm pretty sure he's chugging along carrying on with development, but like me he is just very busy writing essays.

Ah, got to hate those Essays... Out of all the subjects, the one I dislike the most is English... Just cause I have the most papers due for it. I so hate papers. I think I am disliking my Business classes too, since I have to write a damn paper everyday...
