viGlance build 1286
XP SP3

when I click Thunderbird->help->about, the 'about' window showed out, but it is behand Main window. Other softwares are similar like this situation, somtimes CHILDREN window can only show "OK,Cancel.." button, window's frame and texts can not be seen.
