I always rearrange my start menu folder entries after loading a new piece of software, to keep the start menu structure tidy.
ViStart only indexes the start menu when it starts, so each time you do this you have to stop & retstart ViStart.
Please can we have a "Reindex" function, to trigger a re-scan and reindex of files.
Note this will need to be clearly distinct from the "Restart" option on the systray right-click menu that restarts the PC! I've been bitten by that one more than once. Ideally the right-click options that affect the System should be clearly differentiated from those that only affect ViStart itself.

Hmm, that would actually be a very good idea. Maybe another button under the context menu should be added for that.
