hows about just making a option to have or not have viorb in vistart?
easy fix!
Then Lee would have to revert back to the Explorer hijack method. Using this current method stop those "explorer.exe has crash" errors.
Using a Orb replacement would avoid the need for hijacking, and solve quite a few issues, but as with using new things, new problems appear, in this case it would be a simple annoyance.
Now your saying to yourself, "What about Viglance, it has the ability to turn off Viorb and not have a problem" well the reason why Viglance has that and Vistart doesn't is because, Viglance doesn't need to take over the start button to run. Vistart on the other hand NEEDS control over the start button. Viglance only controls the taskbar, and it's orb (In my theory) controls the ORIGINAL startmenu summon, so if the Viglance orb is above Vistarts, then the original startmenu would always popup and render Vistart useless...
I can explain some more, but I have a headache right now... Just woke up.
