I have made a settings.xml file that uses ViSplore for the links (except with Computer and Network, since ViSplore doesn't support them). It also changes the Run button to "Default Programs" to further simulate Vista.
NOTE: For this to work, you will either have to install ViSplore in the ViStart directory or edit the file to set the path to ViSplore.

Replace the original settings.xml file in your ViStart folder with this one.
